Stephanie is a native Floridian who was born in Melbourne. At the age of three, her family moved to Saudi Arabia and lived there for seven years. While there, Stephanie and her family traveled to many countries such as Africa, Thailand, and India. This experience has instilled her love for world travel, and now she enjoys traveling the world with her husband and son.
Stephanie has loved and valued holistic medicine for most of her adult life. Her journey began when she was dealing with a few health concerns that led her to dig deeper and find the root cause of what she was dealing with. Western medicine provided her with solutions that were temporary, and she knew that getting to the source of the problem was the answer. This led her to search out foods, herbs, and supplements that helped heal the body naturally.
She became passionate about what was really in our food, personal care, and cleaning products, and started reading and researching about living a “greener and cleaner” life. She wanted to be healthier and help her family be healthy in a natural way.
This journey led her to becoming a patient at Whole Family Healthcare in 2014. In 2019, she was given the opportunity to join the team and fulfill her passion for helping others obtain their weight loss and health goals.
