Cilantro Loime Vinaigrette
This is a excellent touch for a Baby Mixed greens with a piece of grilled Salmon on top

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Organic Sesame Oil
  • 1 Organic Lime, juiced with Pulp
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Green Peppercorns, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin, ground
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Preparation: Mix all together
Fresh Herb Vinaigrette
This Goes great over some mixed baby greens with Chicken or Steak.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley Leaves, lightly packed
  • 1/4 Cup Basil Leaves, lightly packed
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced

Preparation: Process until smooth all of the ingredients in blender or food processor.
Red Wine Vinaigrette
For those who Love a great red wine vinaigrette give this one a shot.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Organic Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Organic Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Organic Honey, Agave Syrup or Brown Rice Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation:
  1. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in blender
  2. With blender running, slowly blend in oil
  3. Serve red wine vinaigrette at room temperature
Mustard Vinaigrette
Try this mustard vinaigrette over your favorite salad to add just the right touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic, smashed
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 5-6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Dried Parsley
  • Pinch of Dried Thyme
  • Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation:
  1. In small bowl, add vinegar, garlic, mustard and mix well.
  2. Slowly whisk in olive oil.
  3. Add parsley and thyme, salt and pepper, taste mustard vinaigrette and adjust seasonings
